EZWebRank is operated by RankFlow Systems LLC.

What we collect

• Websites you check. The address you enter is sent to our server, which fetches that public page once. Results may be cached briefly. We do not store page contents.
• Check summary for follow-up. When you check a website, RankFlow Systems may receive the address, the score and the detected keywords so a team member can follow up about improving the site. This does not include your name or email unless you give them to us.
• Contact form. If you submit the expert review form, we receive the name, email, phone, website and message you provide, and use them to reply to you.
• Keyword searches. Keywords are sent to our server to fetch public autocomplete suggestions and may be cached briefly.
• Server logs. Standard logs such as IP address may be kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers. We do not require an account.

Third parties

Suggestions are fetched from a public autocomplete service. Hosting is provided by Bluehost.
